We aim to provide the best service and products at all times. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to make it right.
For defective goods you will be required to return the defective product with the original tax invoice at your cost, for our inspection. We will review the situation and respond within 48 hours.
Photo to Art will only provide a refund or a replacement of a product if the defect is due to a manufacturing error caused by Photo to Art.
Photo to Art will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit or through mishandling, we will assist in making necessary claims against the courier company when required.
Because these are creative art products, Photo to Art is not able to provide refunds after acceptance and sign-off of creative work or for limited edition artwork.
Client initiated product damage:
Photo to Art does not provide refunds or replacement for damage to products caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling, water damage or treatment.
Print colour variations:
Please be aware that although Photo to Art uses sophisticated digital processes and colour calibration techniques, slight colour variations may occur from the colours of your computer screen. These slight colour variations are normal and will not be refunded.
